Myra Jewelry is a USA-based online brand specializing in handcrafted 925 sterling silver necklaces, earrings and bracelets. Our designs combine elegance, durability and hypoallergenic materials suitable for everyday wear.
Are your products real sterling silver?
Yes. All Myra Jewelry pieces are made with genuine 925 sterling silver, meaning they contain 92.5% pure silver blended with high-quality alloy for strength.
How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your desired items to cart and complete checkout. You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payments are processed securely by our third-party provider, and Myra never stores complete card details.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been processed, we will try our best to update or cancel it. Contact support@myrajewelry.com within a few hours. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) only.
How long does shipping take?

How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also check tracking updates through your account dashboard.
What if my package is lost or marked as delivered but I didn't receive it?
Please contact us within 5 days of the delivery update. We will help coordinate with the carrier to investigate.
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging.
Are earrings returnable?
For hygiene and safety reasons, pierced earrings are non-returnable unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

How do I start a return?
Email us at returns@myrajewelry.com to initiate a return. We provide a prepaid return label for U.S. customers.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return (within 5–7 business days), your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Banks may take 5–10 additional business days to post the credit.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. We offer exchanges for a different size or style of equal value. The replacement ships once the original item is received and approved.

- Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions & chemicals
- Remove jewelry before showering or swimming

No you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account helps you track orders and save your shipping details.
