3. Account Creation and Responsibilities
To place an order or create an account, customers must provide personal data, including their name, mailing address, billing address, phone number, and email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Ordering and Payment
- Payment Processing: Payment card details are transmitted directly to our payment processor and are not stored on Myra’s servers.
- Order Fulfilment: We use your personal information to confirm and ship orders, send digital receipts, and contact you about any issues with your purchase.
- Pricing: All prices are subject to change. Standard shipping is free on orders over $75; orders below that threshold incur a flat $8 fee. Expedited shipping is a $15 flat fee for 1–2 business day delivery.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Area: We currently ship within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). International shipping is not currently available.
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (Central Time) are processed the same business day.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers must ensure their shipping address is correct. Myra is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from refunds if a package is returned.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
- Return Window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached. Gift boxes and certificates must be included.
- Non-Returnable Items: Pierced earrings, custom/personalized pieces, clearance/final sale items, and altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Shipping Costs (Returns): We provide a prepaid shipping label for U.S. returns. The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Inspection: Returns are inspected within 5–7 business days. Items showing wear or damage may be returned to the customer without a refund.
7. Privacy and Data Use
Myra collects personal data (name, addresses, contact details) and device/usage data.
- Use of Data: Data is used for order fulfilment, customer service, marketing communications (with consent), and website improvement.
