Myra is an online jewelry brand specializing in necklaces, earrings, and bracelets crafted from 925 sterling silver.

Shipping Areas & Methods

Domestic Service: We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
International Shipping: Not currently offered.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (Central Time) are processed the same business day; those placed after are processed the next business day.
Standard Shipping: Most U.S. orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business day delivery is available for a $15 flat fee. Overnight delivery may be offered in select areas for an additional fee.
Carrier Delays: Delivery estimates exclude weekends, federal holidays, and potential carrier delays (e.g., extreme weather or seasonal volume spikes).
Split Shipments: Orders may arrive in multiple packages if items ship from different warehouses, and you will receive separate tracking numbers.

Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $75; a flat $8 fee for orders below $75.
Expedited Shipping: $15 flat fee for 1–2 business day delivery.
Non-refundable Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable if a package is returned; the original shipping cost is deducted from any refunds.

Address Accuracy: The customer must ensure the shipping address is correct, as Myra is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost/Delayed Packages: If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, contact support within five days for an investigation with the carrier.
Damaged Items: Notify us within seven days of delivery with photos for items damaged in transit, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refused/Undeliverable Packages: Orders returned due to refusal or incorrect address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense or refunded minus original shipping fees.
