Eligibility
  • Return window – Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition of items – Items must be unworn, unaltered and returned in their original packaging with any tags attached. Gift boxes and certificates must be included.
  • Non‑returnable items – For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom or personalized pieces, clearance or final sale items and items marked non‑returnable are not eligible.
  • Sets and promotions – If an item was purchased as part of a set or promotion, all promotional pieces must be returned for a full refund; otherwise the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund.
Return Process
  1. Contact us – Email returns@myrajewelry.com
  2. Prepare your package – Place the unworn item(s) in the original packaging with a copy of your receipt. Include all gift boxes, pouches and promotional items.
  3. Ship the item – We provide a prepaid shipping label for U.S. returns. Affix the label and drop the package at the designated carrier within seven days of receiving the label. We recommend using a trackable service; Myra is not liable for lost packages.
  4. Inspection and approval – Once received, we inspect returns within 5–7 business days. Accepted returns will be processed for refund or exchange. Items that show wear or damage may be returned to the customer without refund.
Refunds & Replacements
  • Refund method – Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to post.
  • Store credit – You may choose to receive store credit for a future purchase. Store credit is issued immediately after the return is approved.
  • Shipping fees – Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
  • Exchange – If you request an exchange for a different size or style of equal value, we will ship the new item free of charge once the original is received and approved. Customer will be charged only for the shipping of exchange item.
  • Defective or wrong items – If we sent the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover return shipping and offer either a replacement or full refund.
Exclusions & Additional Conditions
  • Final sale items – Items labelled as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Altered items – Items that have been altered, resized by a jeweler or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.
  • Unauthorized returns – Returns without authorization or items returned after 30 days may be refused.
  • Promotional gifts – Promotional gifts must be included or the value will be deducted from your refund.
Damage in Transit
Customers should inspect their orders upon delivery. If a product is defective, damaged or the wrong item was received, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
