Myra collects the customer’s name, mailing address, billing address, phone number, email, and any communications when an order is placed or an account is created. We do not store payment card details on our servers, as they are transmitted directly to our payment processor. We also gather device and usage data, such as pages visited, time spent, and IP address, using cookies and similar technologies for website analytics. If a customer joins the newsletter or loyalty programs, their preferences and marketing opt-ins are collected. Sensitive information like medical or government identification numbers is not collected.

Purpose & Use

• Order Fulfilment: Data is used to confirm and ship orders, send digital receipts, and contact the customer about purchase issues.
• Customer Service: Contact details may be used to answer inquiries, verify identity for returns or exchanges, or alert customers to important product or policy updates.
• Marketing: Promotional emails and SMS messages about new collections or special offers are sent with the customer’s consent. Customers can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe instructions.
• Website Improvement: Cookies and analytics help understand traffic patterns and improve site performance. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify the customer.

Sharing & Disclosure

Myra shares only necessary data with third-party service providers (like payment processors, shipping carriers, and marketing platforms) who are contractually obligated to protect personal information and only use it for Myra’s services. Information may be disclosed to comply with legal requirements, court orders, government requests, or to enforce terms of service. Myra does not sell or rent customer information to third parties.
